Q: How long does a valet take to complete?

A: The time taken depends upon the size, condition of the vehicle and the valet requested. The approximate times are listed below:

Express Valet 1 – 1.5 Hrs
Flash Valet 2 – 3 Hrs
Mini Valet 3 – 4.5 Hrs
Interior Valet 3.5 – 4.5 Hrs
Full Valet 4 – 6 Hrs

Q: What materials do you use?

A: We source our materials from a number of suppliers including Concept AutoGlym, Autosmart and Elite Car Products (products manufacturer in N. Ireland). Our choices are dependant upon the performance and final finish of the product.

Q: Will the upholstery be dry?

A: Normally your vehicle would be completely dry within 4 – 6 hrs depending upon the condition of your upholstery. We leave all vehicles with disposable seat covers enabling you to immediately use you vehicle.

Q: What happens if it’s raining?

A: We carry a marquee on our vans to provide shelter from poor weather. If there are heavy winds then due to safety requirements we may need to reschedule the appointment at your convenience

Q: How much notice do you need to book a valet?

A: We normally require 24 hours notice but this is dependant on demand.

Q: Can you restore paint work?

A: In most cases the paint work of a vehicle is just need of a straightforward polish but those vehicles that have faded need extra care. Faded paint work will need a machine polish using the appropriate compound and polish to revitalise it. This additional service is an extra cost on top of the valet price.

Q: Do you provide discounts for regular users?

A: Our prices are competitive and if appropriate we would consider price discounts.

Q: Are Gift Vouchers available?

A: Gift Vouchers are available and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

Q: What methods of payment are available?

A: At present cash , cheque or Credit Card or Bacs are the methods available.
